The cash register system can be used while being in the Service Provider's account by clicking the "Cashier" button in the left column.

 

The User comes to the Service Provider without a pre-purchased Ticket / purchases the Service on site.

 

  • If necessary, you can change the point of sale by clicking on "Change point of sale" from the top left.
  • Ask the person for an identity document to be sure of their identity and enter the person's personal identification code in the search bar in the cashier's view (you can also write the name, but the most certain is to enter the personal identification code). Click on the option previewed and confirm the person.
  • Once a person is verified, you can enter the Service you want. If the Service for sale is green, the person has the required amount at home in Stebby's account. If the Service for sale is yellow, the Service is partially compensated to the person, i.e he or she has to pay extra for the service. If the Service for sale is grey, the entire amount must come from the person on the spot either in cash or by card payment, etc.
  • Once the appropriate Service has been selected and confirmed, check the payment details on the right and click "Pay".
  • If necessary, you can also change manually the price of the Service for sale before completing the transaction in the right column under the "Pay" button.
  • You will see the transaction later in the sales transaction report.

 

The User comes to the Service Provider with a pre-purchased Ticket

 

  • If necessary, change the point of sale by clicking on "Change point of sale" from the top left.
  • Ask the person for an identity document to be sure of their identity and write the person's personal identification code in the search bar in the cashier's view (you can also write the name, but the most certain is to enter the personal identification code). Click on the selected option and confirm the person.
  • Once a person is confirmed, you will see all the active Tickets associated with a particular point of sale and User. Click on the "Mark as used" button next to the appropriate Ticket and confirm the action.
  • In this view, you can also extend the Ticket, if necessary.
  • You will see the transaction later in the sales transaction report.
  • NB! If User has purchased a Ticket on your account, you will get a notification about the purchase, but the notification will not contain any data related to User. Read more about it HERE.

 

If it occurred, that:

 

  • you sold the wrong Service to the User,
  • you accidentally sold the Service to the wrong User,
  • the sale took place several times and the money was deducted from the User's account several times,
  • you marked the wrong Ticket as used,
  • you couldn't use the cashier's view due to technical reasons,

then please contact our customer support immediately. If necessary, we can cancel the wrong transaction or investigate the problem.


NB! EXCEPTION:

Unfortunately, there is currently no option to add pre-purchased tickets or discounts using Mobi cashiering interface. This will only be available in Stebby cashiering. Exceptional discounts are developed by Stebby therefore they are not compatible with Mobi. This is a peculiarity of the interaction of Mobi and Stebby.
