If a user account has been created for the employee, then the employee's data (name, surname, email, etc.) can only be changed by the employee! When an employee changes their personal information on their personal Stebby account, it is automatically shown in the "Employees" view of the Company's account.


If you want to change the compensation plan attached to the employee

  • To change the compensation plan assigned to an employee, go to the "Employees" view on your Stebby Company account.
  • Click on a specific employee and then click on "Change compensation".
  • Select the appropriate one from the compensation plan menu and click on "Save".


If you want to change the compensation plan attached to several employees

  • Check the top box of the employee list.
  • Select "Edit plan" from the now available colored line.
  • Select the appropriate one from the compensation plan menu and click on "Save".
