If an user account has been created for the employee, then the employee's data (name, surname, email, etc.) can only be changed by the employee! When an employee changes their personal information in their personal Stebby account, it is automatically reflected in the "Employees" view of the company's account.


If you want to change the compensation plan attached to the employee

  • To change the compensation plan assigned to a person, go to the "Employees" view on your Stebby company account
  • Click on a specific employee and then "Change Compensation"
  • Select the appropriate one from the compensation plan menu and save


If you want to change the compensation plan attached to several employees

  • Check the top box of the employee list
  • Select the resulting color line "Edit plan"
  • Select the appropriate one from the compensation plan menu and save
