From 15 February 2020, pre-purchased Tickets can be extended only by all Service Providers who are in the Standard or Gold package. If the Service Provider is in the Starter package, it is possible to upgrade the package.

The validity of tickets can be extended in the cashier's view after entering the person's personal identification code or ticket code.

The validity of each Ticket can be extended only once for 7, 14 or 30 days. A Service Provider in the Standard package can only extend a ticket once, however Service Providers in the Gold package can extend a ticket up to three times.
