From 15 February 2020, pre-purchased Tickets can be extended only by all Service Providers who are in the Bronze, Silver or Gold package. If the Service Provider is in the Starter or Basic package, it is possible to upgrade the package.


The validity of tickets can be extended in the cashier's view after entering the person's personal identification code or ticket code.



The validity of each Ticket can be extended only once for 7, 14 or 30 days. If the Ticket has already been extended once, then there is no possibility to extend the same Ticket.
