For various reasons, you may want to close your Service Provider account. If this situation occurs, please proceed as follows:
- Let us know about it as soon as possible. You can write to our customer support.
- Hide your point of sale from our search. To do this, go to the "Sales and Services" - "Points of sale" view of your Service Provider's account. Select "Edit point of sale" at the appropriate point of sale and scroll down to turn on the "Hide from search" button. In this case, people will not see your point of sale in the search and will not be able to buy Tickets in advance.
- Make sure that your Service Provider account has no active tickets. You can get an overview of active tickets on the Service Provider account's "Sales & Services" - "Active tickets" view.
