You can add your personal identification code on your personal Stebby account's "Settings" - "Edit profile" view.
For security reasons, a personal identification code cannot be added through the Stebby app. If you wish to add a personal identification code on a mobile device, please log in to www.stebby.eu through a web browser.
If you do not have a personal identification code added or it is incorrect, you might not be able to use purchase services or use services on-site of the Service Provider. Service Providers are obligated to ask for your personal identification to make sure the you are indeed the ticketholder.
